Furano Ski Season 2008-2009 update info!

Furano Ski Resort has had a great snow covered up all the mountains around this season. Even if some negative matters like the world financial crisis happened late 2008, and too strong Japanese yen rate against some foreign currencies like Australian dollars, it has not been changed that the ski resort, Furano, is filled with powder snow for the skiers and snowboarders in winter season.

Instead of many skiers from overseas this season, Furano has got a lot of school trips, and ski contests from the domestic market. This is a strong point of domestically established ski resort like Furano.

We have various points attracting the people coming to this resort for the holiday for all the seasons. Come visit Furano, and enjoy the nature world.

It's been a wonderful season here in Furano Ski Resort!
Powder snow blesses Furano Ski Mountains, and let skiers and snowboarders enjoy good time on the slope.

It is shame that we have just little chances to update this blog
to inform this ski resort to all the people who like skiing and snowboarding. It is just a lot busier than we expected for us this season.

Although Furano has got a lot of visitors from Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and more, this city does not lose the Japanese & local culture.

Foregin visitors seem to enjoy the real Japanese culture from some events held by Furano Tourism Association and local people's support during their staying in Furano.

This year, the snow is pretty good, and they open all the courses in Furano Zone! Usually they open just a small part of the courses, but this year was totally different.
